Important Note
Please read the information below before you proceed with your registration

The ESHA 2021 registration form is a one-stop-shop where you will be able to easily and safely register for the Conference, book your hotel accommodation, register to school visits, indicate your preference for workshops etc. Please note that you can go back and amend your details, if you need to. 

Group Registrations/Bookings: You can register more than one person at once with a different email address, but you will be required to provide the information details and preferences for all the attendees. If you would like to pre-register and pay the registration fees for a group of attendees, but do not have all attendees’ information please contact the Conference Secretariat Office who will provide you with a special identifier. For groups who wish to be accommodated in the same hotel, please contact the Conference Secretariat Office in order to inform you on hotel availability before you proceed with your registration. It is a requirement that you first register prior to booking your hotel accommodation. 

Payment: You will be asked to pay for your registration, accommodation and other selected services once you complete the registration process. You may pay by credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD) or via bank transfer. In the latter case and in order for your registration & other bookings to be confirmed, a bank transfer copy of the payment must be forwarded to the Conference Secretariat Office within 2 weeks. 

Hotel Accommodation: Attendees of ESHA 2021 can benefit from special rates at a number of hotels in the vicinity of the conference venue (including the conference hotel itself). Since in October the availability of rooms in Cyprus is very limited due to high demand, you are strongly encouraged to proceed with your bookings as soon as possible. Bookings will adhere to a first come first served policy, depending on availability of rooms.

Cancellation/Refund policy for Registration and Accommodation

Full refunds for Registration and Accommodation (net of bank charges) will be provided against written cancellations received no later than July 13th (3pm CET).

50% refunds for Registration and Accommodation (net of bank charges) will be provided against written cancellations received no later than September 11th (3pm CET).

No refunds for Registration and Accommodation will be provided after September 12th (3pm CET).

Kindly note that registration refunds will be processed within at least 45 days after the end of the Conference.
